Distances~
The 5000 Run is a 5K. The Duathlon is a 5K Run, 30K Bike and a 2.5K Run.
Course~
The old Knights Ferry Duathlon course – Run is a paved loop, the bike is a paved out-in-back with rolling hills. Bike course Run Course
Entry Fees~
Duathlon – $60 per person.
Duathlon relay (1 runner & 1 biker) $100.
5K Run – $40 per person
Fees include custom T-shirt post race refreshment including beer and great prizes (must be present to win).
Fees increase by $10 race day.
Race Packets~
Are not sent out in advance, please pick-up race morning
Awards~
5K Run & Duathlon – Awards to top overall male/female and masters (ages 50+) and medals to top three in ten year age groups through 70+.
Duathlon Relay Team – awards to top Male, Female and Coed Teams.
Day of Schedule~
7:30 am – Check-in and race day registration opens.
8:45 am – Start both 5K and Duathlon
