Packet Pick-up

Early Pick-up – for purchases made by May 14 (NOT FOR PURCHASES MADE AFTER May 14 )

When: Thursday, May 17 & Friday, May 18
Time: 3 pm-7 pm

Required at Early Pick-up

1. Photo I.D. for each participant (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their I.D.)
2. An initialed, signed and dated copy of the waiver for each participant. (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their signed waiver.)
3. Your ticket, either printed or on your smartphone. (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their ticket.)

Day of Event Packet Pick-up/Check-in (For all purchases regardless of purchase date)

When: Saturday, May 19, 2018
Time: Beginning at 7am – 1pm

Required at Day of Event Check-in

   Packets need to be picked up at least an hour before wave time.

Gear Check

1. Photo I.D. required for check-in.
2. An initialed, signed and dated copy of the participant waiver. Do ahead it will save time in line! Download load here to save time. If not you will have to fill one out at the farm. Required at check-in.
3. A change of clothes.
4. Spending Money for extra Beer, Grub and Gear.

Remember parking is FREE!

Wave Times

First wave goes off @ 8:00am. You select your wave time during the registration process. If you want to run with a friend or group, please be sure to book at the same time or have one person purchase all the individual tickets. Waves are capped at 300 runners. We recommend you arrive at least an hour before your wave time begins.

Wave times

8:00am, 8:20am, 8:40am, 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am, 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am, 11:00am, 11:20am, 11:40am. The following may be added; 12:00 pm, 12:20pm, 12:40pm, 1:00pm

Each wave consists of both men and women from every age group. You may register for any available wave.

What each Mud Runner will receive

1. One (1) FREE Beer.* (For Mud Runners 21 or older) ($4 refills)

3. A “Mud Run on the Farm” Finishers Medal
4. A Mud Run on the Farm T-shirt
5. Trophies & Sweet prizes for top finishers.
   Fastest Time of the Day … 2 Categories ~ Men & Women
   Fastest Time for Age Groups … 2 Categories each group ~ Men & Women
   Age Groups… 12-14, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 60 & up
   Winners will be announced at the day of the run. Must be present to win!.

* For those drinking beer, please don’t drink and drive! We want you to come back next year! Must be 21.

Spectators

The course was designed to be spectator friendly, so family and friends can witness first hand your thrills of victory and spills of defeat. We invite any spectator interested in running events in the Sacramento area to come cheer on participants.

For those who only watch, there will be full facilities, food, and concessions operating throughout the day as well as a beer at the Beer Garden, and of course, our post race party in the Beer Garden.
