SUMMARY:The "tiny" Half Marathon\, 10K\, 5K & Kids' Run
DESCRIPTION:Event Beneficiaries: “tiny”Smiles and Children’s Heart Foundation.  This event is designed to create awareness for CHD’s (Congenital Heart Defect)\, raise money for the incredible care and support babies and their families in need. For more of “tiny’s” story\, please click here.\n\nEntry Fees:  Half Marathon – $60.\, 5K/10K – $40.  Includes custom tech shirt\, finishers medal for the half marathon\, goodie bag\, race gels\, sports drink\, post race food and entertainment. Virtual Runner – $40.  includes t-shirt.  Fees increase on 1/1/20\, Half Marathon $70\, 5K/10K $45.\n\nCourse – Half Marathon loop takes you through historical Galt\, new developments and surrounding area. The 5K/10K Run will be an out and back. There are multiple aid stations and restrooms along the way! Walkers and running strollers are encouraged! Spectator friendly finish at the Galt Fairground.\n\nKids Run – Register on race day.\n\nAwards – Overall male/female\, and masters receive a custom etched glass trophy. Medals to top 3 in each age division\, 13 & under\, 14-18\, 19-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70-79\, 80+  5K Stroller Division\, 1st and 2nd place overall.\n\nHealth Expo – After the race join us from some food\, drinks and walk through the Health Expo near the start/finish site. Free health screenings and blood drive. Fun stuff for kids! \nEarly Packet Pick-Up –  Beat the crowds on race day and pick up your race packet on Friday\, February 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location will be at the Littleton Centre (start/finish line).  Packets are also available for pick-up race morning beginning at 6:00 a.m. \nRace Day Schedule –\n6:30 am – Race Day Registration opens\n8:00 am – Half Marathon Start\n8:15 am – 5K & 10K Start\n9:00 am – Kids Fun Run Start \nONLINE REGISTRATION

SUMMARY:Almond Blossom Run
DESCRIPTION:This event is a kick-off to our 58th Almond Blossom Festival and 38th Annual Almond Blossom Fun Run.  Come out and join us on the 1 mile or 8K course\, starting at Mavis Stouffer Park. \nCourses~\nYou can choose the 1-mile loop or the 8K and enjoy the beautiful Almond blossoms as you run by the orchards on country paved roads. \nFees~\nAges 10 & Under: Single Race – $25\, Both Races – $30\nAges 11 & Over: Single Race – $35\, Both Races – $50\nAll fees increase by $5.00 race day. No refunds or transfers allowed. \nT-Shirts~\nAre only available if you register before Monday\, February 3\, 2020.  This is the only way to receive a shirt. \nPacket Pick-Up~\nPackets are not sent out in advance\, please pick up race morning.  Please allow yourself plenty of time to check-in and prepare yourself for your event start time. \nWater Stations/Refreshments~\nWater will be served midway through the 8K run.  Refreshments and light snacks will be served at the start/finish line. \nAwards~\n1-Mile – Overall male/female will be awarded $25 cash.  Medals three deep in the following age groups\, 8 & Under\, 9-13\, 14-15\, 16-19\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69 70-79 and 80 & over.\n8K – Overall male/female will be awarded $50 cash.
