You select your wave time during the registration process. If you want to run with a friend or group\, please be sure to book at the same time or have one person purchase all the individual tickets. Waves are capped at 300 runners. We recommend you arrive at least an hour before your wave time begins. \nWave times \n8:00am\, 8:20am\, 8:40am\, 9:00am\, 9:20am\, 9:40am\, 10:00am\, 10:20am\, 10:40am\, 11:00am\, 11:20am\, 11:40am. We invite any spectator interested in running events in the Sacramento area to come cheer on participants. \nFor those who only watch\, there will be full facilities\, food\, and concessions operating throughout the day as well as a beer at the Beer Garden\, and of course\, our post race party in the Beer Garden.
