DESCRIPTION:This event benefits the preservation of the salmon natural spawning habitat in the Stanislaus River. \nDistances~\nThe 5000 Run is a 5K. The Duathlon is a 5K Run\, 30K Bike and a 2.5K Run.\n \nCouse~\nThe old Knights Ferry Duathlon course – Run is a paved loop\, the bike is a paved out-in-back with rolling hills.  Bike course   Run Course  \nEntry Fees~\nDuathlon – $60 per person. / Race Day $70. \nDuathlon relay (1 runner & 1 biker) $100. / Race Day $110.\n5K Run – $40 per person / Race Day $50.\nFees include custom T-shirt post race refreshment including beer and great prizes (must be present to win). Fees increase by $10 race day.\nRace Packets~\nAre not sent out in advance\, please pick-up race morning \n  \nAwards~\n5K Run & Duathlon – Awards to top overall male/female and masters (ages 50+) and medals to top three in ten year age groups through 70+.\nDuathlon Relay Team – awards to top Male\, Female and Coed Teams.\n Day of Schedule~\n7:30 am – Check-in and race day registration opens.\n8:45 am – Start both 5K and Duathlon \nONLINE REGISTRATION
