SUMMARY:Bah Humbug! 5K Run & Walk
DESCRIPTION:Start the holiday season off with a healthy fun run or walk through San Ramon.  Participants will receive a custom holiday long sleeved t-shirt and the famous Bah Humbug ornament!  This event is great for families and a great opportunity to dress up in your favorite Holiday costume! The Bah Humbug! is a chip time race. \nFees:\nIndividual $35 for online or postmarked registration by Sunday\, November 26th .  Registration fees increase to $45 starting November 27th through race day.  Pre-registration family rate of 3 or more is $30. per person and increases to $45 per person on November 27th.  Must be immediate family only\, and all entry forms must be submitted at the same time. Online registration ends on Tuesday November 27th.  Only race day registration will be accepted after this date.  Family discounts are not available on race day.  Race day registration tables open 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.  Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. \nCostume Contest:\nMake sure to come dressed in costume and in the spirit on the run.  Costume awards will be given for most Grinch-Like\, Best Holiday Spirit and Best Group Theme. \nSpread the Holiday Cheer:\nRunners are encouraged to bring a can of food to be donated to the Contra Costa County Food Bank to assist those in need during the holidays.  Canned food donations will be collected at the check-in/registration tables. \nAwards:\nMedals are given to the first three finishers in each age division.  This is the first run of the Mayor’s Crown\, which will award the lowest combined times of the 2018 Bah Humbug and the 2019 Run San Ramon pre-registered 5K runner.  The Mayor’s Crown winner will be recognized at the 2017 Run San Ramon. \nPre-Registration Packet Pick Up:\nAll preregistered participants may receive their shirt prior to the event start at packet pick-up hosted by Sports Basement.located at 1041 Market Place San Ramon\, CA 94583\,  on Thursday\, December 29th  from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Ornaments are given out at the completion of the run\,  20% off at Sports Basement on packet pickup day\, December 1st! DESCRIPTION:Beneficiary~\nProceeds from this event will go to the Lodi High School Track Program and the Lodi Track Club. \nCourse~\nBoth the 5K and 10K (two loops of the 5K) are flat on mostly paved road.  Figure eight’ish loop with one side approximately two-miles and the other approximately 1-Mile. Both the Kid’s .5 Mile and 1-Mile are on paved road. \nFees~\nKid’s .5 Mile and 1-Mile $25.\n5K/10K Run – Ages 12 & Under $25.\, Ages 13 & Over $30.\nFees include custom T-shirt and post race refreshments. \nT-Shirts~\nFree race t-shirts to all pre-registered runners (registration must be received by November 28th.)  T-Shirts and sizes not guaranteed thereafter. \nEarly Packet Pick-Up~\nIs available Friday\, December 7\, 2018 at Five Window Beer Co. 9 West Locust Street\, Lodi\, between 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
