To further the sport of triathlon. This is a sprint distance triathlon open to all levels of ability. All are welcome to participate. Excellent for novices, great competition for the seasoned triathlete
Course Distance/Description~
400 yard swim, 11-mile bike, 3.1 mile run
The swim is warm (72+ degrees) clean lake, (wet suits allowed but are not necessary). The bike course exits the park and is an open paved road and the run is within the park on packed jeep fire trail.

Individual $85/$95 Race Day. Relay Team $240/$270 Race Day.
All participants receive custom finisher medal and T-shirt, post race refreshments and raffle (must be present to win). Please note, should you want to opt out of being illustrated in results, this is available. Mention this at time of check-in. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Early Packet Pick-Up is available Friday, August 17th, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Sports Basement, 1041 Market Place, San Ramon. Take advantage of the 20% discount during packet pick-up Some exclusions apply.

Race packets are not sent out in advance. Please pick-up race day
ID’s will be checked.
You must wear a bike helmet (CPSC approved) and brightly colored swim cap
Shadow Cliff’s Regional Park will impose a $6 parking fee. Exact change helps, please be prepared. Car pooling is recommended.
Transition areas are fenced and guarded – only entrants are allowed in.
