This is a sprint distance triathlon is open to all levels of ability.  All are welcome to participate. Excellent for novices, great training brick/competition for the seasoned triathlete

Course Distance/Description~
400 yard swim, 11-mile bike, 3.1 mile run.
The swim is warm (72+ degrees) clean lake, (wet suits allowed but are not necessary). The bike course exits the park and is an open policed and monitored paved road and the run is within the park on packed jeep fire trail.

Fees~

Individual $85/$95 Race Day Relay Teams $240/Timed $270 Race Day.
Fees include custom finisher medal and race t-shirt, post race refreshments and entry into raffle (must be present to win).  Please note, should you want to opt out of being illustrated in results, this is available. Mention this at time of check-in.
Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Early Packet Pick-Up is available Friday, July 20th, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Sports Basement, 1041 Market Place, San Ramon.  Take advantage of the 20% discount during packet pick-up  Some exclusions apply.

Day of Schedule~
5:30 a.m. – Check-in and race day registration opens
7:00 a.m. – Event start

Additional Information~
ID’s will be checked.  Please be prepared.
Shadow Cliff’s Regional Park imposes a park entry fee of $6.  Exact change helps.
You must use a bright colored swim cap and CPSC approved bike helmet.
Transition areas are fenced and guarded – only participants are allowed in.
