Merced Gateway Sport Fest will feature a Sprint Distance
Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon, Aqua Bike, Kids Tri, 3.0 Mile Run and Kids 1-Mile Run. Truly a day filled with events to satisfy everyone!
Courses~
Sprint Tri – 400 yd. swim, 11-mile bike, 3.0 mile run
Kid’s Tri – 100 yd. swim, 2 mile bike, 1-mile run. Complete Kid’s Course stay on the grounds of Merced College.
Duathlon – 3.0 mile run, 11 mile bike, 3.0 mile run
Aquathlon – 400 yd. swim, 3.0 mile run
Aqua Bike – 400 yd. swim, 11-mile bike
3-Mile Run – 3.0 miles
Kids Run – 1.0 miles
Awards~
Kids Tri/Kid’s 1-Mile Run– Overall male/female All participants will receive a unique finisher medal.
Sprint Tri – Overall male/female. Medals 3 deep in 10-year age groups.
Duathon/Aquathlon/Aqua Bike/3-Mile Run – Trophies to overall male/female.
All events must have a minimum of 12 entrants or award category and depth are subject to change.
All participants receive:
Custom T-shirt and post race refreshments.
Race Day Schedule~
7:00 a.m. – Check-in and race day registration opens
8:00 a.m. – Start Kid’s Tri & Kid’s 1-Mile Run
8:30 a.m. – Start all other events
Directions~
Northbound 99: Take “G” Street exit. Turn right on “G” St. to Yosemite Ave. Turn left to the college on right.
Southbound 99: Take “V” Street exit to “R” St. Go left to Yosemite Ave. At Yosemite Ave., go right to the college.
